JUMP shall process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC and no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws and other legal regulations.

The purpose of processing your personal data is to recruit employees, ie a selection procedure for a JUMP employee.

The retention period of your personal data is until the end of the selection procedure for the employee, no later than 3 months from the date of providing personal data. JUMP may also process your personal data for a longer period of time if you have been granted consent to be included in the database of jobseekers for the purpose of a selection procedure in the event of a vacancy. The retention period of your personal data in this case is 3 years. After this period, you will be automatically removed from the database and your data deleted.

If you are selected to fill a job position, JUMP will continue to store your personal data in the personal file and will enter into an employment contract with you, which will be the legal title for the processing of your personal data.

The intermediary of JUMP is the company DanubiaTel., With its registered office at Borská 6, 81841 04 Bratislava, IČO: 35 831 545, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section: Sa, file no .: 2922 / B., Which performs for JUMP labor law and personnel agenda.

Your rights in the processing of personal data

Right of access to data

You have the right to request confirmation from JUMP as to whether your personal data is being processed and to request access to this personal data.

Right of correction

You have the right to request JUMP to correct incorrect personal data concerning you without undue delay and, with regard to the purpose of the processing of personal data, also the right to supplement your incomplete personal data.

Right of deletion

You have the right to request JUMP to delete without undue delay personal data concerning you if:

  • they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were obtained or otherwise processed;
  • you have withdrawn your consent to their processing and, unless there is another legal basis for their processing;
  • your personal data has been obtained illegally.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to ask JUMP to restrict the processing of your personal data if:

  • the processing of personal data is illegal;
  • JUMP no longer needs personal data for the purpose of processing personal data, but you do need it to assert or defend legal claims;
  • you objected to the processing of your personal data until JUMP verifies that the legitimate reasons on its part outweigh your legitimate reasons.

Right to portability of personal data

You have the right to request from JUMP:

  • to provide you with personal data relating to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format;
  • to transfer your personal data to another operator, but only if the legal basis for their processing is your consent or performance of the contract and at the same time the processing is performed by automated means.

The right to object

You have the right to object, for reasons relating to your specific situation, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling. Based on your objection, we will evaluate whether, with respect to your particular situation, the protection of your legitimate interest, your rights and freedoms outweighs our legitimate interests, which we pursue through the processing of your personal data or if there is a legitimate reason to prove, assert or defend our legal claims.

Rights to initiate personal data protection proceedings

You have the right to initiate proceedings on personal data protection at the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or other supervisory authorities in the place of residence.

Right of withdrawal of consent

If you have given your consent / explicit consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time.
