(hereinafter referred to as "JUMP").

The purpose of this document is to inform you about the way JUMP handles the personal data it records about you, your rights in the processing of your personal data and, where applicable, the conditions under which you give your consent to the processing of your personal data. This document concerns:

  • Employees employed under an employment contract, performance agreement, employment agreement, student part-time agreement, commercial or other contract under which you perform work or provide your services for JUMP in its current version (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”).
  • Business Agreements concluded between JUMP and another legal entity, the statutory body, manager, employee, subcontractor of which you are as the Affected Person, on the basis of which you provide your services through this legal entity.

JUMP shall process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), repealing Directive 95/46 / EC. EC and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws and other legal regulations.

Instructions on the processing of personal data

The operator processing your personal data is JUMP, whose contact and identification data are listed in the header. If you have any questions, questions or requests regarding privacy, please contact us at gdpr@jump-soft.com.

Processing of personal data on the basis of a concluded contract and in fulfillment of legal obligations

JUMP obtained personal data about you before concluding the Agreement as well as during the duration of your employment or other contractual relationship with JUMP. Depending on the type of Contract, this may include the following personal data:

  • Your name and surname
  • Address of permanent residence or temporary residence (or correspondence address)
  • Date of birth and birth number
  • Telephone number and e-mail address
  • Details of your bank account
  • Details concerning your social security and health insurance
  • Details of your wages and other remuneration
  • Details of your qualifications, education (including title) and previous job positions
  • Details of your personal status (single, married)
  • Details of your children, spouse (names and dates of birth)
  • Details of visits to the child's school
  • Data from the medical certificate for work
  • Data from the attendance system
  • Data obtained from work email addresses and other messages sent or received via work computers, mobile devices and other work aids
  • Your portrait and audio and video recordings of your persons.

The scope of processed personal data is determined mainly by the type of Agreement and the scope of JUMP's obligations arising from this Agreement or legal obligations.

The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is in particular:

  • fulfillment of the Contract concluded between you and JUMP or between the legal entity and JUMP you represent, as well as execution of measures before concluding the contract on the basis of your application (eg in case of application for employment, preparation of contractual documentation, etc.);
  • fulfillment of our legal obligations arising from generally binding legal regulations related to employment, payroll management, bookkeeping and the like;
  • our legitimate interest in such processing;
  • Your consent to the processing of the personal data that we process on the basis of your consent.

JUMP will use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Records of company employees and records of employees and contractual partners of the company in JUMP systems;
  • Performance of work and fulfillment of all obligations of the employer (in the case of employees and workers by agreement);
  • Fulfillment of JUMP's obligations under the Agreement;
  • Employee appraisals, provision of benefits and implementation of internal selection procedures;
  • Operation of modern information and work systems necessary for efficient work (operation of work equipment and systems for personalized employee login);
  • Attendance records of JUMP employees;
  • Ensuring safety and health at work, protection of JUMP property;
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations in the field of labor law, social security law, social protection or public health insurance and other legal obligations;
  • Claims and defense;

JUMP will use your personal data for the following purpose only on the basis of your Consent to the processing of OÚ:

  • Provision of personal data to third parties in the provision of benefits or in connection with other programs that are not a legal obligation of JUMP (eg organizers who provide organization of teambuilding, hotels, operators of sports facilities, etc.);
  • Publication of your photograph on the JUMP website or other suitable working materials as part of a working contact for you;
  • Publication of your photo from JUMP's corporate events on its website or its accounts on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, Google+, etc.);

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and veracity of the personal information you provide to JUMP and JUMP will rely on the accuracy, completeness and veracity of that personal information. If JUMP learns or finds that any personal data it records about you is incorrect, complete or true, JUMP will arrange for their correction or deletion.

If there is any change in your personal data, notify the manager without undue delay to your manager or the contact person in charge of resolving personal data protection issues at JUMP in accordance with the company's organizational structure.

Your personal data obtained during the conclusion of the Agreement between you and JUMP will be stored for the duration of the contractual relationship established by the Agreement and after the termination of this contractual relationship for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing and to fulfill JUMP's legal obligations. After this period, your data will be deleted.

By default, we do not provide your personal data outside the European Economic Area. In some cases, we will provide your personal information to our clients, for whom you will perform your work or services on behalf of JUMP. These clients may also be located outside the European Economic Area. In this case, we will always provide only completely basic and necessary personal contact information.

Instruction on the presence of cameras in the workplace and on the processing of personal data obtained by cameras

As a JUMP employee, you acknowledge that there are recording cameras at your workplace that monitor entrances and escape exits. The pictogram indicates the presence of cameras before entering the operating premises.

Camera recordings are made for the purpose of legitimate interest, which is:

  • protection of your property and the property of JUMP in these premises as well as;
  • protection of the health and safety of you and other employees, clients and visitors of JUMP.

Records are kept for 30 days. In the event that the record will need to be kept due to the investigation of the incident or it is necessary to keep it for the needs of law enforcement authorities or other authorized persons, then until such a reason for their processing ceases to exist.

JUMP does not use a camera system to monitor employees in their work positions or in areas where their privacy could be compromised.

Disclosure of your personal data

JUMP is entitled to provide personal data for processing to its intermediaries who supply their services to JUMP, in particular to external partners who provide JUMP with payroll and accounting services, legal advisers, auditors, economic advisers, suppliers of employee attendance systems, camera suppliers. system, suppliers of staff training services and others.

JUMP will ensure that these persons (intermediaries) process personal data only on the basis of a contract and that they follow the instructions of JUMP as well as the conditions of GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act as amended and other legal regulations when processing your personal data.

The intermediary of JUMP, which manages the payroll, accounting and employment law agenda for JUMP, is the company DanubiaTel, as, with its registered office at Borská 6, 841 04 Bratislava, ID number: 35 831 545, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I, section: Sa, insert No .: 2922 / B.

JUMP also makes your personal data available:

  • if such an obligation arises from applicable law, in particular at the request of law enforcement authorities, courts, other public authorities or other entitled persons;
  • in fulfilling the purpose arising from the employment or other contractual relationship;
  • JUMP clients for whom you will perform your work or provide services on behalf of JUMP;

to third parties, e.g. organizers who provide the organization of teambuilding, hotels, operators of sports facilities, etc. and only with your consent.

for marketing purposes in the form of your photo or video (eg photos and videos from company days, marketing activities of the company, joint teambuildings, etc.) published in the premises of JUMP, on its website or accounts on social networks, namely only with your consent.

Your rights in the processing of personal data

Right of access to data

You have the right to request confirmation from JUMP as to whether your personal data is being processed and to request access to this personal data.

Right of correction

You have the right to request JUMP to correct incorrect personal data concerning you without undue delay and, with regard to the purpose of the processing of personal data, also the right to supplement your incomplete personal data.

Right of deletion

You have the right to request JUMP to delete without undue delay personal data concerning you if:

  • they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were obtained or otherwise processed
  • you have revoked your consent to their processing and, unless there is another legal basis for their processing, your personal data has been obtained illegally.

Right to restrict processing

You have the right to ask JUMP to restrict the processing of your personal data if:

  • processing of personal data is illegal
  • JUMP no longer needs personal data for the purpose of processing personal data, but you need it to assert or defend legal claims
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data until JUMP verifies that legitimate reasons on its part outweigh legitimate reasons you.

Right to portability of personal data

You have the right to request from JUMP:

to provide you with personal data relating to you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; would transfer your personal data to another operator, but only if the legal basis for their processing is your consent or performance of the contract and at the same time the processing is performed by automated means.

The right to object

You have the right to object, for reasons relating to your specific situation, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling. Based on your objection, we will evaluate whether, with respect to your particular situation, the protection of your legitimate interest, your rights and freedoms outweighs our legitimate interests, which we pursue through the processing of your personal data or if there is a legitimate reason to prove, assert or defend our legal claims.

Rights to initiate personal data protection proceedings

You have the right to initiate proceedings on personal data protection at the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic or other supervisory authorities in the place of residence.

Right of withdrawal of consent

If you have given your consent / explicit consent to the processing of personal data, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time.

All personal data and other data and data collected and processed by JUMP are protected by appropriate technical means and security procedures to prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of such data.
