Your daily work will be:
- collection, prioritization and documentation of customer requirements for functionality, creation of labor estimates
- identification of customer needs and requirements in the development of information systems, assistance in specifying the assignment analysis and design of business processes and use cases (Use Case)
- analysis of the existing state and design solutions at business and application level architecture
- creation of data model, screen designs and assignments for programmers
- communication with the technology team, project manager and company management
- tracking of the latest technological innovations, development of company know-how
The role of the software analyst is, under the guidance of the chief project analyst, to analyze the requirements and develop a solution proposal and create assignments for the developers of a large information system. You will be the connection between the client and the team of developers. Your goal will be to design the system so that it is user-friendly and at the same time able to satisfy the demanding requirements of the client.

We demand
As an analyst, you should have strong analytical and logical thinking and understand IT project management. We are looking for people who have experience with:
- analysis and development of IS (at least 3 years of experience) UML language is a necessity, BPMN and ArchiMate is an advantage
- SQL language, experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL data analysis advantage
- programming in one of the modern languages (Java, C #, JavaScript, Python) is an advantage
- eGov environment (standards and principles of ISVS creation) an advantage
- at least a basic orientation in the domain of finance, project management, or subsidies
We also expect certain personal preconditions - especially strong communication skills, results orientation and structured thinking.

For candidates with more experience and longer experience, we also offer a higher basic salary component (+ project rewards, incentive rewards ....). For self-employed persons, the remuneration is invoiced on the basis of the delivered work.
